The $5 and $20 notes were re-released in 1979 to update the method
of numbering and to change them to a format that was machine readable.
Notice that the serial number has been moved to the back of the note.
Plans for expanding this issue where halted when improvements in security
features and the redesign of notes for the Bird Series became available.
